No essay this week, though several are in the works… but I did want to pop in and share this class with paid subscribers. I taught this slow flow when I was 7 months pregnant, and snuck in a lot of my prenatal exercises and movement rituals— so even though it wasn’t *meant* to be a prenatal class, it is definitely prenatal-friendly. In it, we practice embodying the elements and build a repetitive sequence that shines focus on the sides of the body. I hope it leaves you feeling thawed, connected & renewed.
